Everything you need – just a click away
At Granite Peaks Gastroenterology, we accept patients from all major insurance plans, have privileges at all major area hospitals, and don’t require a referral. We’re also able to schedule patients quickly — even the same day — and see them on-time. And we offer “on-demand” procedures (colonoscopy screenings) so you don’t have to come in twice for the same reason.
To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (801) 619-9000 or use our online Request an Appointment link below.
If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. A cancellation fee may be charged. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
GranitePeaksGI.com recognizes that all patient information is confidential and personal and is committed to protecting your privacy with respect to your PHI (medical records). All Granite Peaks patients have the right to receive a copy of their medical records.
