Answer the call from our nurses prior to your procedure with instructions
Call us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a different day to avoid $100 cancellation fee

IF YOU ARE TO BE SEDATED, A RESPONSIBLE DRIVER MUST REMAIN IN THE FACILITY THROUGHOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT (~2 hours total). NO EXCEPTIONS.

Utah State regulations require patients to have a responsible adult present and able to drive them home after a sedated medical procedure. A taxi, Uber or any other paid driver cannot act as such. Patients arriving without a driver have the choice of rescheduling the procedure for a time when a driver can be present or having their procedure without sedation.
